1. 儿童濒死体验相关，愈到后期愈引人入胜的一部佳片。电影根据凯瑟琳·斯托尔原著改编，本书曾在1972年被改编成六集英国儿童电视连续剧

   与其打上恐怖片的标签，我更愿意将这部电影看做一部有部分吓人片段的催泪童话：女孩画就的纸房子里出现重病的瘫痪男孩，远在海外有酗酒黑历史的爸爸化作面目模糊的大反派。女孩幻想自己被反派爸爸拖到山坡上锤击胸口，实际上是女孩心脏停止跳动的时候被医护人员急救按压，而这一切全是女孩在重病之际触摸到的另一个世界边缘。最后面直升飞机出现的场景更是催人泪下。

   饰演马克的小男孩名为。这个神情总是带些忧郁的英俊男孩生于1973年，1994年1月15日因药物副作用去世，年仅20岁，令人扼腕。

   I thought by posting on IMDB from my base in Europe it would be International.

   When Elliott made Paperhouse he was a perfectly happy and normal boy. He was also very aware and sensitive which made him a fine young actor. He had extraordinary observational abilities which he expressed mainly in painting and drawing.

   He became ill in 1991 after taking anti malarial medication which sometimes causes severe psychosis in people. Elliott was a dear happy and considerate person, even able to understand how difficult was the job of the doctors and nurses looking after him. He could not bear to see how his illness caused suffering in all who loved him. he took his own life in January 1994.
